This is an intensely built up area with access thru a narrow residential lane. I felt like part of the neighborhood which was pleasant. “The hotel and the staff were 10/10. The hotel is located in a strange area - basically a shopping mall - and there was not easy access to food when we got in late. (We flew in during a T8 typhoon so that impacted local food delivery as well.) If you are coming from the airport late in the evening, bring food with you or eat before you show up. “Lovely beach hotel that is quiet. It is pretty easy to get to central Hong Kong if you can manage ferry schedules. Swam every day, loved the lack of cars on the island. I wish breakfast started before 9 but may as well exercise early like the locals anyway. Highly recommended. ”

"Reception smells of fried something and the smell remains on your hair and clothes. The elevators on the main floor are outside the hall so no air conditioning during waiting time. It was supposed to be a 4 stars but no welcome something when you arrive, as Stanford does for example. The complimentary water is a filter bottle, no mineral, 1lit bottle."

"Ottimo 4 stelle vicino a Ocean terminal. Ottima la camera, la reception, la colazione, la concierge e il bar ristorante Mall Caffè. Suggerisco dì sostituire il lo strano apparecchio per bollire dell’acqua perché a 95 gradi spruzza e puoi provocare ustioni. Perché non mettere in camera un normale bollittore d’acqua? Suggerisco poi di riempire il frigo bar , che era vuoto, soprattutto perché il bar apre alle 12. "
